Who We Are
David Laties (owner) has been in the numismatics business for 50 years. A native of Peabody, Massachusetts, he has traveled extensively around the world to acquire an unparalleled collection of coins and banknotes. He is a longtime member of the International Banknote Society and the American Numismatic Association.
John Aiello (owner). He is the author of the book World Paper Money: Collectors Guide and Catalogue. John has been a patron and fellow of the American Numismatic Society since 1961 and is a longtime member of the American Numismatic Association. John’s personal collection of Roman Egyptian coins assembled over many years is well known and noted in many numismatic books and articles. As a member of the local school board, John developed using coins and banknotes as a broad world of knowledge. In his spare time, John teaches a course in Virtue and Vice in Florida’s State prison system.
Robin Danziger (VP, director of sales & marketing) is a member of the American Numismatic Association. He handles marketing, special promotions, bulk sales, and special projects for ECC.
In her 20+ years with the company, Diana Miller (general manager) has been to Japan, China, Switzerland, and Germany, where she is a familiar face at the World Money Fair in Berlin. She is a member of the American Numismatic Association.
Greg Olear (creative director) is a member of the American Numismatic Association. He is the creative director for ECC’s products.
